1. 525,600 minutes, how do you measure, measure a year?
A 366-day project. My year; through the lens of my camera. Usually including vague rants or song lyrics to describe the events of the day, my state of mind, or feelings of the moment.

Home for the weekend! Chillin’ with them folks again! Drinking plans may have gotten foiled by the fact that everyone pretty much had to drive over, but it was still very fun!

It feels like it’s been forever since I’ve seen this girl, but still, just us doing what we do best—eating, talking, and being derps. It’s still hard to swallow the fact that we’re not gonna be on the same school term again…ever… :(

I’m really enjoying Starbuck’s Frappy Hour, providing me with half-priced Frapps for over a week! Today’s libation was probably my longest order yet: a Venti Green Tea Frapp, 1/2 syrup, 2 extra scoops maccha, peppermint syrup, soy milk, with regular whipped cream and vanilla powder. Also in the back, a Caramel Frapp, with chocolate whipped cream, cookie crumbs and chocolate drizzle. They were also giving out Coconut Creme Frapp samples. Woohoo!

Friends and I decided to designate one day out of the week to be adventurous and cook new dishes from new cuisines. This week was Egyptian food! We attempted kushari (photographed), a dish made with a cumin, rice and lentil mixture, topped with elbow macaroni, then a vinegar, garlic and tomato sauce, topped with fried onions. For dessert we had umm ali, kind of like a bread pudding, but uses puff pastry and mixed with dried fruits and nuts.

It’s a beautiful Sunday, and I’m cooped up inside—alone. I guess I better get used to it though, since apparently once school mode starts people don’t give a damn about socializing anymore.

Nothing says fun times like a Google Hangout with your friends from back home and talking for hours on end. So…we were basically saying how immature we are as 20-year-olds, as we posed and conversed with our teddy bears.

May the 4th be with you. My attempt at using the force a little.

Done! Finally done this stupid work report. It was definitely one of the most grueling things I’ve had to write. I can’t believe I have two more left to write until I graduate. Now I’m off to actually do some real school work. Yeah…right. LOL

Bipolar weather is bipolar. Cloudy, overcast, and cold one minute, then sunny, breezy, and hot, then a torrential downpour the next.
