As frustrating as tonight was, I really do miss times like these. My ever-growing muffin top probably doesn’t, but whatever. The recipe for tonight, Carrot Cake Cheese Cake with a Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting for my mother’s surprise birthday tomorrow! So excited, for party, seeing relatives, and eating the cake! It sure is nice to be home, even if it’s for a short time. Also, the weather here is so much warmer. My gosh!
