  2. February 10, 201241 out of 366 Yet another food picture, and again without me. I’m bad at this.Anyways, tried out this Mexican restaurant I’ve been wanting to go to for a while now. It was really good. I had Mole Enchiladas, one beef, one chicken, and one cheese. It came with Mexican rice, refried beans, salsa verde, and I stole my friend’s guacamole. LOL It was good, but I’m not sure that the flavour profile of mole is my thing. I found the cinnamon too fragrant for a savoury dish for me. Weirdly enough, it was reminiscent of last summer when I had tajine for the first time—except the cinnamon in that was light and more subtle. Anyways, yeah it was good, but I think I’ll stick to tomato-based sauces. It’s good I tried it though. My friend had the Chicken Fajitas, pictured above. I always manage to order not-so-photogenic foods LOL Also, this dinner caused us to be late for Board Game & Drinking Game Night. ‘Twas fun, though some people did get a little too drunk, and Cranium drunk is just a big mess.
