1. 525,600 minutes, how do you measure, measure a year?
A 366-day project. My year; through the lens of my camera. Usually including vague rants or song lyrics to describe the events of the day, my state of mind, or feelings of the moment.

I’m a monster, thank you for realizing. There is no stopping me when the idea of eating out is brought up. My muffin-top and wallet hate me. Anyways, lunch at the Dolsot Cafe for some Korean! I usually get Dolsot Bibimbap when I got for Korean food, just because I can’t get enough of the Gochujang (Korean Pepper Sauce). Today, I decided to try something new though. I ordered Chicken Bulgogi, which is different from the beef counterpart that uses a sweet-and-salty-like sauce in that they use a spicy, pepper marinade and sauce. I really like gochujang, but I found this to be spicier than that, so it was a bit too strong for me, still delicious though.
Pictured are the Korean Banchan (side dishes) that they served us. Kimchi, as per usual, and the other two, which coincidentally are my favourite banchan, were Kongnamul (a cold bean sprout salad seasoned with sesame oil), and Gamja Jjorim, potatoes braised in a sweet-and-salty sauce until it’s a thick glaze. I find that everyone loves gamja jjorim—we ended up eating a bowl each.
The weekend was really fun and jam-packed. Friday night felt like it was a week ago. I’m glad I’ve met some great people here, it’s really helping me cope with boredom at work, and the cold weather.
