  2. February 21, 201252 out of 366 Pancake Tuesday!! That means breakfast for dinner! Pancakes, scrambled eggs, and maple baked beans—how Canadian! All that we missed was bacon and/or sausages. Some of the many hands in the kitchen also decided to experiment and add strawberries onto the pancakes—something I’ve never done before. Surprisingly good! The roasted/fried strawberries got even sweeter, I guess I should grill or roast strawberries over an open fire from now on LOL
